This paper applies the multi-objective linear programming (MOLP) model to solve a real-world Niger Mills Company Plc Problem, Calabar, Cross River State, Nigeria for the first time. Several visits were made to the Company for the purpose of data collection. These data were used to identify and formulate the Niger Mills Company’s problem as an MOLP problem. The problem was solved with our Matlab implementation of the extended multi-objective simplex algorithm (EMSA) of Nyiam & Salhi (2021a). A set of four (4) nondominated points (objective values) were returned by EMSA which are devoid of redundant ones. This result was further confirmed by the interactive multi-objective linear programming explorer (iMOLPe) of Alves et al. (2015) which implements the Vector Maximization Approach (VMA) of Steuer (1986) that also return the same set of nondominated points. Based on the result obtained, three different production plans were suggested for the Company’s implementation while one nondominated point was recommended for deletion from being considered.
