The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) and information and communication technology (ICT) is transforming office management by enhancing efficiency, decision-making, communication, and data security. This study explores the role of AI and ICT in automating administrative tasks, optimizing workflow, and improving collaboration in modern office environments. A comparative analysis between traditional and AI-driven office management demonstrates the advantages of automation, predictive analytics, AI-powered communication tools, and cybersecurity measures. The study also examines key AI and ICT tools such as cloud computing, virtual assistants, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and AI-driven threat detection. While AI adoption presents challenges such as high implementation costs, employee skill gaps, and ethical concerns, strategic planning and policy frameworks can facilitate successful integration. The study concludes by highlighting future trends, including AI-powered predictive analytics, the Internet of Things (IoT), and 5G advancements, which will further revolutionize office management. Recommendations for organizations and policymakers emphasize investment in digital transformation, employee training, and data security to maximize the benefits of AI-driven office management.
